Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in the procurement domain within a reputed IT infrastructure solutions provider. The role involves assisting with purchase processes, vendor communication, and data management to support efficient procurement operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage Post Dated Cheque (PDC) requests and related documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for order follow-ups and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Support vendor relationship management and communication efforts.
- Utilize SAP for procurement tasks if prior exposure is available.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure prompt completion of procurement activities with internal coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Candidates should be able to commence the internship between 14th August 2026 and 18th September 2026.
- Availability for a full 3-month duration is mandatory.
- Possession of relevant skills and interests relating to procurement and vendor management.
Additional Requirements
- The internship demands full-time involvement for three months.
- MBA students are required to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their institute.
- Stipend offered in accordance with company policies.
- Successful completion will be acknowledged by an internship certificate.
- Gain practical exposure to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
