About the Internship

This role involves comprehensive ownership of operational tasks from start to finish, ensuring every detail is completed without leaving loose ends. Clear instructions will guide all efforts, with open and frequent communication encouraged within the team.

Key duties include coordinating team efforts to meet deadlines, persuading vendors and partners to complete pending tasks tactfully, and maintaining positive working relationships despite challenges. The intern will be responsible for developing and managing operational workflows using Notion to ensure transparency and documentation beyond individual memory.

As the team grows, onboarding and training new members becomes a critical function. Additionally, handling administrative and financial operations such as processing invoices, reimbursements, maintaining vendor records, and day-to-day bookkeeping using Zoho Books and other internal tools is essential.
