About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to engage with engineering students, focusing primarily on warm leads. The role emphasizes effective communication and support to help students explore career development and placement opportunities. Interns will manage CRM records and facilitate student engagement via reminders and shared materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with registered engineering students through phone calls, concentrating on warm leads rather than cold outreach.
- Hold friendly discussions to understand the student's academic background and career ambitions.
- Arrange individual career counseling sessions for interested students.
- Diligently update and maintain lead information within the CRM system.
- Distribute session notifications and relevant study resources within the student WhatsApp groups.
- Collect and communicate insights from student interactions to assist the team in better addressing student needs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months.
- Internship commencement must be between August 23, 2026, and September 27, 2026.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Hindi.
- Comfortable engaging in natural, unscripted telephone conversations.
- Strong listening abilities with the capacity to ask insightful follow-up questions.
- Interest in interpersonal communication, irrespective of educational background.
- Access to a personal laptop or computer is mandatory.
Internship Details and Perks
- Stipend ranges from ₹6,000 to ₹13,000 monthly, composed of a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹6,000 plus incentives between ₹1,000 and ₹7,000.
- Potential job offer with an annual salary between ₹240,000 and ₹360,000 upon successful transition to a permanent role.
