Internship Overview

K&A Golf Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous intern to join our Operations and Retail team. This internship focuses on supporting activities related to logistics, product branding, inventory coordination, and quality control. The intern will help in receiving, branding, inspecting, packing, and dispatching apparel and merchandise while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of various golf-related merchandise and apparel.
• Support vendor and supplier liaison efforts involving printers, embroiderers, and logistics providers.
• Track delivery timelines to ensure products arrive and depart punctually.
• Help organize packing, dispatches, and deliveries effectively.
• Coordinate branding processes including embroidery, printing, patches, and logo applications on apparel and merchandise.
• Ensure all branding elements such as logos, colors, sizes, and placements meet approved specifications.
• Follow up with branding vendors to monitor production schedules.
• Examine product samples before initiating bulk branding or large scale production.
• Perform thorough quality inspections on merchandise to identify issues like stains, size errors, stitching flaws, printing or embroidery defects.
• Report defective or non-conforming items to supervisors or relevant vendors promptly.
• Guarantee that only approved and quality-checked products are packed and sent out.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Strong organizational aptitude and effective coordination capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for quality assurance.
• Prior familiarity with apparel branding techniques such as printing and embroidery is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external vendors.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Additional Details

Eligibility: Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to commence between August 29, 2026, and October 3, 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration with relevant interests and skills.

Stipend: INR 18,000 to 20,000 per month.
