Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be pivotal in crafting an engaging and consistent shopping experience by applying visual standards and driving commercial success. Your work will align with company values, contributing both to personal and organizational achievements.

Key Duties

• Implement visual merchandising, commercial display, and styling strategies following store protocols and calendars to enrich customer experience and boost sales.
• Review sales data, manage stock levels, ensure garment upkeep, and collaboratively pinpoint visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Leverage trend awareness and competitor analysis to coach and develop the store team to enhance customer interaction quality.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer engagements.
• Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.

Work Environment

The store team, including roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, and Assistant Managers, works together to deliver a welcoming atmosphere that inspires customers. Coordination with the Area Team across stores facilitates shared insights and collective success. Together, the team supports customers in expressing their style confidently with the latest fashion trends.

• Proven experience in visual merchandising and commercial strategy within a dynamic retail context, equipped with a problem-solving approach.
• Competent in interpreting sales reports and understanding the retail sales formula.
• Passionate about fashion and committed to exceptional in-store experiences.

Additional Information
