Key Duties

• Deliver excellent service by attentively resolving client requests and issues promptly while proactively communicating with clients.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections before parking and document the condition accurately.
• Provide customers clear explanations of valet service rates.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and maintain safe driving habits at all times.
• Report any accidents, hazards, unusual events, or policy violations immediately to management.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to facilitate smooth customer transportation.
• Maintain professional appearance by arriving on time in complete clean uniform and wearing it for the entire shift.
• Support management with other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driver's license with current address and a clean driving record.
• Skill in driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Flexible availability to cover various shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with appropriate documentation.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate, professional responses to customers and colleagues.
• Basic literacy and numeracy including reading/sending simple emails, composing memos, and handling U.S. currency.
• Able to follow both written and oral instructions and adapt calmly to schedule changes and unexpected circumstances.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for cash and equipment handling. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds are part of the daily tasks. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
