Position Overview

Circle K at Junction 8, M8, Waller's-Lot, Cashel, Co. Tipperary, E25 R722 is recruiting a full-time Supervisor to join their team. The role is based onsite, with a guaranteed 37.5-hour weekly contract spread over five days that demands flexibility across the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts effectively in a busy, target-oriented retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to customers personally.
• Maintain and organize store merchandise and displays.
• Prepare food items and K coffee products to meet quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the retail space.
• Identify sales opportunities, particularly for the fuel card team, to drive business growth.

• At least two years’ experience working in retail settings.
• Strong attention to detail, committed to maintaining high operational standards.
