Strategy Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Strategy & Projects Manager to join a rapidly expanding technology company. This multifaceted, impactful position sits at the nexus of strategic planning, organizational transformation, and project execution. The individual will collaborate closely with senior executives to pinpoint strategic priorities, convert these into actionable plans, and oversee vital projects throughout the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define and implement strategic business objectives.
• Drive high-value strategic and transformation initiatives from conception to fruition.
• Develop clear project plans with defined milestones, KPIs, and measurable results aligned to business goals.
• Perform market, competitor, and commercial analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Construct business cases and provide leadership with data-supported recommendations.
• Identify areas to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects involving Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other functions.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Produce presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Assist with new product introductions, market penetration, and other growth-focused initiatives.
• Implement robust project governance frameworks and foster accountability across key teams.
• Serve as a trusted problem-solving resource for senior stakeholders throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Between 5 and 10 years of expertise in strategy, project or program management, transformation, or other strategic initiatives.
• Background in technology, digital services, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or similarly fast-growing industries.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects spanning multiple functions.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of strategic and operational consequences.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership.
• Capacity to structure vague problems into detailed, actionable plans and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experienced at working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and responsible for driving results.

Preferred Experience

• Previous roles in management consulting, corporate strategy, or technology-driven transformation.
• Expertise in executing digital transformations or technology-enabled change projects.
• Familiarity with product strategy, redesigning operating models, market expansion, or growth initiatives.
• Exposure to and experience working within scale-up or rapidly growing tech companies.
