Pega Constellation Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Pega PRPC design and development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a certified Pega Systems Architect or Senior Systems Architect, equipped with strong communication and presentation capabilities. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-level business applications using Pega PRPC frameworks and other associated technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modules within Pega PRPC employing appropriate patterns that align with the organization's architecture standards.
• Lead small teams in creating enterprise-class business solutions while adhering to best practices and relevant standards.
• Utilize strong object-oriented design skills and modern design patterns to solve complex problems.
• Document detailed technical visions using industry-standard tools such as UML and Use Cases.
• Consult and communicate effectively, providing clear presentations and technical guidance.
• Estimate project tasks using methods like function points and three-point estimation.

Technical Expertise Required

• Deep knowledge of PRPC core features, including properties, decision rules, flows, SLAs, and corresponding tools like tracer, clipboard, and expression builders.
• Experience with PRPC-related frameworks such as CPM, CPMi, CPMHC, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute.
• Familiarity with integration technologies including J2EE, application servers, SQL Server, and enterprise databases.
• Proficiency in configurations like PDM, email server setups, and scan stations.
• Good understanding of UI development both using PRPC out-of-the-box tools and generic user interface approaches.

Additional Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical skills combined with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in debugging and construction tools within the PRPC environment.
• Ability to elaborate use cases in Pega language and provide both low-level and high-level design documentation.
