About TimeFiler and Role Overview
Join TimeFiler, a leading provider of digital timesheeting, rostering, and leave management solutions servicing over 800 clients and 150,000 employees across Australasia. Based in Riccarton, Christchurch, this permanent position requires occasional travel to Australia and involves working closely with a specialist team delivering complex workforce management solutions for clients in Australia and New Zealand, especially those with compliance-heavy needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete system implementation projects from initial scoping through launch and support phases.
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their payroll operations, rostering, shift patterns, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
- Configure and test TimeFiler to align with client-specific requirements ensuring precision prior to deployment.
- Translate complex and sometimes unclear client requirements into organized and actionable implementation plans.
- Provide training and ongoing assistance to clients for effective system adoption.
- Act as a steady, dependable contact during implementation, managing client expectations and project timelines.
- Identify additional TimeFiler features or services suitable for clients without an aggressive sales approach.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in implementing systems, preferably within workforce management, payroll, or HR software domains.
- Experience with Australian payroll processes, including award compliance, EBA interpretation, and complex rostering is highly desirable.
- Strong New Zealand payroll implementation expertise in sectors like construction, civil works, utilities, or shift-based environments will also be considered.
- Prior work with workforce management or payroll software providers is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in structured, methodical settings and solve challenging client problems.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and undertaking short-term travel to Australia.
