Role Overview
We are actively looking for a JavaScript Developer with expertise in Python and full-stack development to join our client on a full-time, remote basis. The position involves crafting, developing, and sustaining efficient and robust code to facilitate training and optimization of AI models. This role centers around collaboration with US-based companies focused on both commercial and research AI projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-quality, efficient codebases to support AI model training and enhancement.
- Perform model evaluations to benchmark performance and analyze outcomes for ongoing refinement.
- Assess and rank AI model outputs in response to various user queries, ensuring they meet established standards.
- Lead supervised fine-tuning efforts by developing and managing tailored, high-quality datasets.
- Work alongside researchers and annotators to apply reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and improve reward mechanisms.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript technologies including Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Experienced in conducting detailed peer reviews of code and documentation.
- Familiar with Docker containerization and deployment workflows.
- Knowledgeable about performance measurement tools and methods.
