Job Overview
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with specialized expertise in Nutanix AHV-based environments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing server workload migrations through lift-and-shift and parallel build approaches.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage Nutanix AHV and hyper-converged infrastructure platforms using Prism Element, Prism Central, and Nutanix Self Service tools.
- Design and implement resilient disaster recovery solutions that meet specified Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) criteria.
- Perform capacity planning and utilize scripting techniques to automate and standardize migrations and operational procedures on Nutanix infrastructure.
- Handle Nutanix Cloud Platform tasks and support stable hybrid cloud environments.
- Employ ITIL-based change management and incident management processes to maintain service stability and operational excellence.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have between five to seven years of relevant work experience in similar infrastructure engineering roles, particularly focused on Nutanix technologies and hybrid cloud operations.
