Role Overview

As an Electrical Engineer within the Buildings business group, you will collaborate with a team of skilled specialists to conceptualize, design, and implement electrical engineering solutions across diverse building and infrastructure projects. Your contributions will support essential economic development worldwide, emphasizing technical excellence and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support through all project phases, including initial scoping, detailed design, commissioning, and handover, delivering technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Participate in tender development and conduct client negotiations to achieve commercial and business goals.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to ensure project success, contribute to business development, and help expand the market presence.
• Offer expert consultation leveraging deep knowledge of Aurecon’s consultancy capabilities to address client needs effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and have an interest or experience related to building services engineering; fresh graduates passionate about building services design are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate understanding or experience in electrical building design within a consultancy context is advantageous.
• Show enthusiasm for innovative, energy-efficient, and sustainable engineering projects.
• Be proactive with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively, accompanied by strong communication skills and business understanding.
• Exhibit proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and have proven capabilities in business development and account management.
