Role Overview

This full-time position is based on-site in Amta-I and involves collecting orders from specified locations, confirming items against order details, and delivering them securely to customers. Responsibilities include route planning, effective time management, and maintaining communication with dispatch or support personnel. The role requires direct customer interaction during deliveries, handling payments as needed, and adherence to company safety and quality policies. Additional duties involve upkeep of delivery tools and vehicles and timely reporting of any operational issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent customer service capabilities with courteous and professional communication.
• Experience or knowledge in logistics and transportation to optimize delivery routes and ensure prompt arrivals.
• Basic knowledge of handling food and beverage products safely during transportation.
• Willingness and ability to learn company procedures, training materials, and safety regulations.
• Possession of a valid driving license, clean driving history, and familiarity with local routes in Amta-I.
• Physical fitness to lift packages and remain on feet for prolonged durations.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones for navigation apps, delivery software, and communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
