Business Development Representative

About the Role

Etex is searching for a skilled Business Development Representative to fuel growth, enhance customer ties, and increase market interest in the INNOVA product lineup. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this position requires close collaboration with builders, architects, designers, specifiers, and contractors to uncover new prospects and expand current accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture vital customer relationships
• Pinpoint and secure fresh business opportunities
• Promote product specifications and identify project-based prospects
• Handle tenders, RFQs, quotations, and respond to sales inquiries
• Keep CRM records and sales funnels up to date and accurate
• Develop targeted strategies per project that achieve commercial goals
• Advocate the INNOVA brand within the construction and design sectors

Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales focused on the building and construction industry
• Proven skills in business development with a history of growth achievements
• Background working alongside builders, architects, designers, or specifiers
• Understanding of construction materials and building processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
• Effective organizational and time management skills
