Role Overview
The Business Development Representative role is part of the dynamic Inside Sales team, which operates in a fast-moving, merit-based environment focused on identifying and pursuing prospective clients through diverse outreach methods. This position offers substantial commission opportunities and is essential for driving new business for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to potential customers to discover new business prospects
- Arrange impactful meetings for the Sales team and ensure participation in Luminance events
- Engage senior decision-makers via strategic outreach, including cold calls and direct prospecting
- Consistently achieve or surpass performance targets (KPIs) in a target-driven setting
- Utilize social selling to enhance brand visibility and develop a sales pipeline
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and optimize reach
- Maintain robust collaborations with Account Executives to support business expansion efforts
Requirements
- Strong communication abilities
- Self-driven, articulate, and motivated to exceed sales quotas
- Prior sales experience advantageous but not a strict requirement
