Project Management Internship

Overview

Inside Me, a recognized trust dedicated to empowering specially-abled youth through art monetization and skill development, is looking for a Project Management intern based in Delhi. The organization focuses on training students aged 8 to 18 in artistic skills along with their ongoing education to help them earn a dignified living by enabling monetization of their artworks through auctions, commercial platforms, and exhibitions. The internship supports the organization’s mission to open employment opportunities for the blind in India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite visits to interact with project participants and understand their requirements.
• Compile Monitoring and Evaluation reports and ensure accurate maintenance of data and project documentation.
• Assist with daily office administration, manage documentation, and support other operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be based in Delhi, preferably near South Delhi for ease of commute.
• Availability for a part-time internship lasting 6 months, starting between September 4 and October 9, 2026.
• Commitment to a 4-day workweek from 12 PM to 6 PM.
• Candidates actively interested and skilled in relevant fields; women seeking to start or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
• Preference given to open school students, retired teachers, and experienced homemakers.
• Applicants attending regular college classes are not eligible, as this is an in-office role.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to 8,000.
• Certification upon completion.
• Letter of recommendation provided.
• Five-day workweek with an informal dress code.
