About the Internship
As a Key Account Manager intern, you will oversee vital client relationships ensuring all operational needs are met efficiently. Your role involves coordinating warehouse and logistic processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving operational excellence through keen process improvements and technology adoption.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for crucial client accounts, managing all their operational requirements.
- Lead meetings with clients to review performance metrics, discuss feedback, analyze Service Level Agreements, and collaborate on improvement strategies.
- Oversee warehouse activities including inventory verification, dispatch schedules, and operational KPI tracking.
- Coordinate efforts amongst warehouse supervisors, operations teams, IT staff, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and present MIS reports and dashboards to inform clients and internal teams on performance.
- Detect inefficiencies and enforce standardized procedures while promoting process and technological enhancements.
- Monitor and uphold compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, regulatory mandates, and client-specific standards through training and periodic audits.

Additional Information
- On successful conversion to a full-time employee, a salary ranging from ₹500,000 to ₹600,000 per annum may be expected.
Compensation and Benefits
Stipend is provided in the range of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
