About the Internship
This internship focuses on supporting the Human Resources operations at Seasoul Cosmetics Private Limited. The intern will actively participate in various functions like recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR documentation, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic spa and cosmeceutical company inspired by the healing properties of Dead Sea minerals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition endeavors.
- Evaluate resumes and facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep employee and candidate records current and accurate.
- Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and necessary paperwork.
- Liaise with employees and internal departments for HR support and queries.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational aptitude and effective time management skills.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
Internship Details
- This is a full-time, in-office internship based at Gurgaon, Haryana.
- Duration is three months, with immediate joining possible between 1st September 2026 and 6th October 2026.
- Stipend ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month.
- Informal dress code is permitted during the internship period.
