About the Role

Rungta Dataroars Intelligence Private Limited, a data and AI consultancy located in Delhi, is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Executive Assistant intern to support their team. The company specializes in business intelligence, data analytics, ERP implementation via Odoo, and custom reporting, serving clients across finance, compliance, and operations sectors in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize documentation to ensure easy and efficient access.
• Apply problem-solving abilities to overcome operational challenges as they arise.
• Handle multiple tasks concurrently to assist various projects and daily activities.
• Create and update reports using advanced MS Excel skills.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and external partners.
• Coordinate team calendars and activities to enhance overall workflow and productivity.
• Utilize strong English communication and critical thinking skills to contribute meaningful insights to the team.

Who Should Apply

The internship is open to candidates who can commit full-time, onsite work for a period of four months, starting between August 13 and September 17, 2026, with relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.
