About the internship
About the Internship
This internship is a full-time, in-office position located in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Only candidates who can commute daily and begin immediately should apply. Remote or hybrid working preferences will not be accommodated.
Role Responsibilities
- Create captivating captions, social media posts, scripts for reels, blog articles, website content, and marketing materials for various company-owned brands.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative content ideas, hooks, and concepts aligned with current trends and audience engagement for diverse brands.
- Support social media strategies including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and driving engagement across multiple brand profiles.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, keywords, and relevant topics to enhance content and social media strategies.
- Assist with the execution of social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze basic metrics related to social media performance, audience interaction, and growth.
- Collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content across brands.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, assist during content shoots, and facilitate other brand enhancement initiatives.

Stipend and Benefits
- The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000; this includes a fixed pay of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 and incentives of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
- Successful interns may be extended a job offer with a prospective salary between ₹300,000 and ₹500,000 per annum.
- Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
