AI Agent & Autonomous Workflow Builder Internship (Remote, Part-Time)

About the Internship

Estate Atlas is at the forefront of developing advanced property and spatial intelligence solutions, focusing on creating autonomous AI agents that facilitate market research, lead enrichment, content handling, and workflow automation. This internship targets proactive individuals who can construct comprehensive autonomous agent systems delivering tangible results, not merely creating prompt scripts.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work independently from the main application codebase, leveraging Nous Research's Hermes Agent platform, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and custom sandboxed tools to build and fine-tune persistent AI agents. Main tasks include:

• Developing AI agents for coding support such as code refactoring, automated pull request evaluations, generation of unit tests, and CLI automation through sandboxed code execution.
• Managing web applications by deploying monitoring agents that review application health, validate build deployments, automate static site or CMS updates, and detect production anomalies.
• Creating automated support copilots across multiple platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack), equipped with Estate Atlas documentation to resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and convert bug reports into structured developer tickets.
• Designing automated workflows for technical marketing by extracting commit histories to generate release notes, draft technical blog posts, and coordinate feature announcements across different channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated successful experience building and deploying AI agents or automated workflows that solve real-world problems rather than basic chatbot implementations.
• Proficiency with autonomous agent frameworks such as Hermes Agent, LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom Python loops, including tool-calling, complex reasoning, and sandboxed code execution.
• Familiarity with persistent memory systems, session context handling, vector and retrieval search techniques, and integrations via APIs like Telegram, Discord, Slack, Docker, and MCP.
• Strong Python scripting capabilities for creating CLI tools, custom data scrapers, and developing API integrations.
• Self-motivated problem solver capable of decomposing high-level objectives into detailed agent tool specifications, with iterative testing to ensure reliable system operation without oversight.

Who Should Apply

• Work hours required are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Indian Standard Time, coinciding with the company’s operating hours (1:00 pm – 10:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time).
• Internship start date must be between September 1, 2026, and October 6, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 6-month duration is necessary.

Additional Information

Stipend offered ranges from INR 1,000 to INR 5,000 per month.
