• TRIAGE+AI — AI-Powered Support Ticket Router

  Built an AI-powered system that analyzes incoming customer support tickets and routes them by category and urgency using the Gemini API for natural-language understanding. Designed prompt-based logic to interpret unstructured ticket text and generate contextual recommendations for support agents. Implemented urgency-detection logic to flag high-priority tickets for faster response. Deployed the application on Streamlit Community Cloud for live public access.
