Technology PMO Specialist

Job Overview

The Technology PMO Specialist is responsible for managing the PMO functions within the technology domain, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) guidelines and adherence to established project management methodologies. This role involves tracking and reporting on project progression, supporting coordination efforts, and enforcing compliance with organizational policies and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Technology PMO tasks by coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and governance in accordance with strategic goals.
• Compile project performance metrics and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain executive level visibility.
• Oversee technology projects to confirm they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain uniform application of project management frameworks, tools, and governance across all technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, optimize resource allocation, and overcome delivery obstacles.
• Assist with portfolio reporting and alignment alongside the EPMO to ensure transparency and consistency.
• Monitor project status, perform risk assessments, and provide recommendations to improve outcomes and performance.
• Guarantee adherence to all organizational policies, protocols, and governance standards throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience ranging between 3 to 6 years in project management or related fields.
