Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity, providing a crucial link between engineering leaders and technical candidates. The role is focused on sourcing, assessing, and hiring top engineering talent with a deep understanding of technical roles and engineering terminologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions.
• Identify candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities, and referrals.
• Conduct technical screenings and collaborate with hiring panels during candidate assessments.
• Organize comprehensive interview cycles partnering with engineering managers.
• Negotiate employment offers and successfully close hires in competitive environments.
• Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system data for efficient hiring funnels.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or within a specialized agency.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering roles and associated technology stacks.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern applicant tracking systems.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean, X-ray searches, and GitHub candidate identification.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship management with engineering leadership.
• Successful track record in recruiting senior engineering professionals in competitive job markets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range approximately $75,000 to $115,000 USD equivalent, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
