About the Role

Join Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants as a Team Member to make a positive impact by delivering excellent service to our Guests and supporting our Franchisees and Teams. As part of the Corporate Field Operations team, your role is to ensure guests choose us first by providing fast, quality food and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profits through exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Report any guest-related concerns or improvement suggestions to management.
• Recognize and address the needs of guests promptly.
• Complete cross-training and obtain certifications in various positions within the restaurant.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to enhance guest and team member satisfaction.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for both employees and guests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in guest service or food preparation is preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts.
• Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong alignment with core values: integrity, service, excellence, and boldness to grow.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is an advantage.
