Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain software products ensuring quality and reliability.
• Transform complex, unclear problems into deployable solutions, including comprehensive testing, deployment procedures, system monitoring, and handling incident responses.
• Present and advocate for technical strategies leveraging data-driven analysis, while embracing diverse feedback and points of view.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for system and tooling enhancements, leading initiatives to implement these improvements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8 or more years of experience in software engineering, with significant exposure to complex, large-scale systems or initiatives.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles across the development lifecycle, encompassing testing, continuous integration/deployment, system observability, and ensuring security compliance.
• Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud environments, including knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Expertise as either a full stack developer specializing in Kotlin and ReactJS or a backend specialist proficient in Kotlin and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to owning projects from design to live production support.
• Committed to continuous learning and fostering a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Confident in constructively challenging assumptions and proposing well-reasoned, practical technical solutions.
