About the Role
Join Innovartan Technologies as a Senior Physics Faculty member to instruct Physics to students in Classes 9 through 12. This position emphasizes preparing learners for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET by imparting a deep conceptual grasp and fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic and concept-focused Physics lectures tailored for Classes 9-12.
- Prepare students specifically for JEE, NEET, and equivalent competitive examinations.
- Enhance conceptual clarity via theory, numerical exercises, examples, and real-life applications.
- Create and administer complex problems, worksheets, assignments, tests, and study aids.
- Adhere to curricula from CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards while integrating competitive exam prerequisites.
- Develop students' analytical thinking, logical reasoning, numerical proficiency, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Conduct frequent tests, assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Assess student results to identify learning gaps, strengths, and areas for enhancement.
- Provide personalized mentorship to address academic weaknesses and bolster competitive exam readiness.
- Remain current on JEE/NEET formats, syllabus updates, and evolving question patterns.
- Collaborate with academic peers to refine curricula, teaching methods, and educational outcomes.
- Maintain a disciplined, encouraging, and interactive classroom environment.
- Incorporate technology, digital tools, and innovative teaching techniques as applicable.
- Engage in parent communication, academic meetings, faculty training, and other institutional functions.
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience.
- Prior involvement with esteemed coaching centers, schools, or competitive exam coaching is advantageous.
- History of mentoring high-achieving students for JEE Main/Advanced, NEET, Olympiads, or similar contests is preferred.
- Possession of a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong proficiency in Physics topics covering Classes 9 to 12.
- Proven track record of instructing competitive-level Physics for JEE/NEET examinations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NCERT, CBSE, and related competitive syllabi.
- Excellent abilities in communication, presentation, and classroom management.
- Capability to elucidate difficult Physics topics clearly, systematically, and engagingly.
- Advanced skills in numerical analysis and problem-solving.
Compensation and Additional Information
This full-time role is onsite in Himachal Pradesh, India. The salary offered ranges from 1,000,000 to 1,200,000 INR per annum. Immediate joining is expected. One vacancy is available.
