Senior Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager with the comprehensive management of store operations. This position aims to maximize sales and profitability by focusing on staff development, managing expenses and shrinkage, while overseeing merchandising and inventory in compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $19.25, determined by the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements
