Retail Merchandiser

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, field-based Retail Merchandiser located in Moncton, New Brunswick. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering our popular PepsiCo brands directly to consumers across Canada. Job Responsibilities

• Place PepsiCo products strategically in store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered tools.
• Support in-store promotional campaigns by ensuring shelves remain fully stocked and promotional assets are utilized effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Account Sales Representatives and delivery teams to ensure excellent account servicing.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly back-room stock area.
• Perform regular rotation of expired products to maintain freshness of all PepsiCo items.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs as part of job duties.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Strong time management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in merchandising or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with grocery store environments is considered an asset.

Compensation

The role offers an hourly wage of $22.00.
