  • Convert high-level strategies into detailed requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for your engineering team.
  • Serve as the central expert on your product, collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and the developer community.
  • Define and monitor key metrics to gauge product success and adoption, leveraging data to guide prioritization efforts.
  • Align your feature roadmap with the overarching strategic objectives through partnership with senior product leaders.
  • Engage directly with developers via interviews, testing, and feedback to identify pain points and unmet needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience delivering developer-focused tools, cloud services, or technical infrastructure features; alternatively, 5+ years in engineering roles related to developer tools and seeking a product management transition.
  • Strong grasp of modern software development practices such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (especially Terraform), and API design.
  • Technical credibility to engage in in-depth discussions about architecture and engineering trade-offs.
  • Empathy towards developer workflows, particularly those handling data, with a passion for solving complex workflow challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to unify both technical and non-technical stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable using data to make informed decisions and measure impact.

Additional Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Practical experience with Python, SQL, or Terraform.
  • Experience developing connectivity tools, SDKs, APIs, or programmatic interfaces for developers.
  • Active participation in or contributions to open-source developer communities.
