Position Purpose

As a Procurement QC Supervisor in the Inspection Team of the POSE department, you will ensure compliance with Contractor and Client quality control standards during material procurement, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review Project Procurement QA/QC Scope of Work, Aramco Schedule Q, and Project Specifications.
• Provide technical support to engineering disciplines regarding supplier inspections and tests in procurement phases.
• Evaluate Material Requisitions to confirm all quality criteria are fulfilled.
• Assess and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Coordinate with vendors, Engineering teams, and NDT Level III for submission and approval of procedures (NMR).
• Prepare and submit Inspection Assignment Packages (IAP).
• Plan and lead pre-inspection meetings.
• Ensure inspection coverage and coordinate closely with vendors and clients.
• Collaborate with third-party inspection agencies.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and punch lists.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement QC Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Fluency in English with comprehensive communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) techniques and their application.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.

Additional Information

You will have opportunities to travel to project sites according to assignment scope. The role is based at Amaad Business Park, Dhahran, KSA, with a permanent fixed-term contract (1 year, renewable).
