Its mission is to assist road-crash victims and their families in obtaining rightful support and compensation by simplifying complex, paper-heavy processes through innovative technology in collaboration with government bodies.

Role Overview

This position is a practical, field-focused role centered on working closely with Rajasthan's government. The incumbent will engage directly with police officers and government personnel, training and ensuring the adoption of a new technology solution in their daily workflows. Stationed primarily at the Transport Department office in Jaipur, the role involves extensive travel across the city to synchronize multiple agencies’ efforts. The emphasis is on implementing and sustaining real-world usage rather than theoretical planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on training for police officers and government staff individually and in groups to instill confidence in utilizing the new technological system.
• Persistently monitor and encourage the correct use of the system case-by-case until it becomes an integral part of daily operations.
• Act as the primary representative of the program onsite, building trust and rapport within the Transport Department office in Jaipur.
• Facilitate inter-agency coordination by travelling throughout Jaipur to ensure seamless collaboration among the police, Transport Department, and other departments.
• Provide empathetic guidance to citizens and families, assisting them throughout the process to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Relay practical feedback and challenges encountered in field usage back to the development team to enhance the solution continually.
• Maintain thorough records, monitor system adoption diligently, and deliver concise regular progress reports.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in on-ground operations, program implementation, government liaison, or consulting, with proven ability to effectuate tangible results beyond desk work.
• Fluent in written and spoken Hindi and English, capable of producing clear documentation and confidently leading discussions in both languages.
• Skilled at building relationships across diverse stakeholders, including senior government officials and general public, earning trust and navigating complex systems with patience.
• Comfortable with AI-driven digital tools and technology, able to learn new software quickly without programming skills required.
• Self-driven, responsible, and proactive with the ability to work autonomously and remain composed in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
• Compassionate and persistent, especially when supporting individuals facing challenging circumstances.
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate there, with readiness to travel extensively within the city to coordinate among various agencies.
