Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and localizing eCommerce websites, including managing product catalogs, content, pricing, and translations.
• Help in configuring and updating product and category information.
• Conduct functional testing on features such as navigation, product pages, shopping cart, and checkout processes.
• Detect, track, and communicate bugs clearly to technical teams.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure content quality across all platforms.
• Engage in project monitoring and deliver clear and organized status reports.

Candidate Profile

• One to three years of experience in eCommerce, digital domains, or merchandising.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
• Academic qualifications in a related field are advantageous.
• Fluency in English.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail paired with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive, well-organized, and adaptable to working within an international, fast-moving environment.
