Field Representative - Alcoholic Beverages

Job Overview

Advance your career in retail merchandising with a full-time position supporting in-store execution for a leading consumer packaged goods client. This role involves a variety of merchandising duties such as shelf stocking and display setup, ensuring products are available and stores comply with planograms.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out merchandising tasks within the store according to planograms and schematic layouts, including reorganization and resets.
• Plan field coverage by setting priorities based on call objectives and previous follow-ups; organize necessary tools and materials to meet deadlines.
• Ensure promotional displays comply with standards, identify opportunities, address product shortages and out-of-stocks by merchandising shelves and displays, position point-of-sale (POS) materials, verify product dates, and rotate stock as needed.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding assignments, sales initiatives, promotions, client goals, and completed work.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong working relationships with store staff to fulfill company and client targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising or sales is preferred.
• Own reliable transportation along with a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Capable of working independently while also engaging well with others.
• Competent in basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physically able to lift items weighing between 30 to 50 pounds and to stand for prolonged periods.

Additional Details

• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $38,520 to $43,680 annually.
