Field Executive

Job Overview

We seek a reliable and proactive Field Executive to oversee field operations, guaranteeing punctual product delivery and aiding daily business functions on site. The candidate must be adaptable, physically robust, and able to adjust working hours to align with dynamic business demands.

Primary Duties

• Deliver products timely and accurately to customers, dealers, or retailers as assigned.
• Operate in the field with flexibility to extend or modify working hours according to business requirements.
• Visit customers or locations following the daily route plan.
• Collect orders, payments, or necessary documents from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and site visits.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients, dealers, and retailers.
• Provide routine reports on field activities, challenges, and market insights to supervisors.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss during delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse and office teams to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Address customer inquiries on-site or escalate issues to the relevant departments.
