Role Reporting

This position reports directly to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment or machinery to transform raw materials or semi-finished components into finished products, adhering to the scheduled timelines and quality standards.
• Execute daily assigned tasks following established workflows, ABB standardized procedures, and safety regulations, while promptly reporting any deviations.
• Adjust, set up, repair, and replace simple machine parts as part of routine machine operations.
• Perform regular maintenance activities on equipment, including tool setup and programming tasks; troubleshoot issues and maintain comprehensive documentation of repairs and maintenance work.
• Monitor and document the status of approved units, defective components, and final products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have a High School diploma.
• 0 to 2 years of experience working in manufacturing environments.
