About the Role
UWC South East Asia is searching for an innovative and relationship-driven Development Manager to oversee donor relations and stewardship initiatives during the initial phase of our capital campaign. Reporting directly to the Head of Development, this role involves crafting personalized donor engagement plans, enhancing recognition frameworks especially for the Dover at Tengah Campus project, and orchestrating impactful events. You will also leverage CRM automation and AI technologies to elevate donor experience, improve impact communication, and foster long-term donor retention within a dynamic, mission-oriented global community.
Main Responsibilities
- Create customized reporting materials that effectively communicate donation impacts to individual donors and the broader community, collaborating closely with educators to highlight meaningful narratives.
- Coordinate and implement the annual calendar of fundraising events including premier scholar celebrations and specialized donor engagement gatherings.
- Establish and maintain a premium donor relations program featuring segmented recognition approaches tailored to various donor groups.
- Oversee management of campaign recognition assets such as naming rights, plaques, donor walls, and develop bespoke recognition strategies for major philanthropic contributors.
- Collaborate with volunteers, database management, gift processing, and finance teams to guarantee accurate CRM data entry and seamless program administration.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in development, philanthropy, fundraising, or equivalent skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, or event management.
- Demonstrate excellent communication proficiency, familiarity with CRM platforms, and a strong aptitude for employing AI tools to optimize workflows.
