Overview

Join Uptemus Technologies as a Customer Support Executive based in Noida with a monthly salary range between ₹22,000 and ₹28,000 in hand. This position requires strong proficiency in both English and Hindi communication skills. The role involves a six-day work week with one rotational day off. Role Details and Requirements

• Candidates must have a solid understanding of Customer Support roles, especially within the BPO industry.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory; basic or average proficiency is insufficient.
• Only immediate joiners will be considered for the role.

• Preference will be given to candidates experienced in chat processes; those with at least six months of chat and email support experience and good typing speed are also encouraged to apply.
