About the Internship

Gateway Software Solutions, located in Coimbatore and certified with ISO 9001:2015, is an established delivery partner of Hewlett Packard Enterprises specializing in software development including ERP, CRM, mobile applications, SEO, and software testing. We are looking for a Telecalling intern fluent in Tamil and English to join our team and develop communication skills while supporting our software services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients promoting our software offerings.
• Manage inbound calls from existing customers to resolve queries effectively.
• Deliver professional and prompt customer service through phone interactions.
• Keep detailed records of customer communications in our database.
• Work closely with the sales team to uncover and pursue new business leads.
• Engage in training to boost product knowledge and refine communication techniques.
• Assist with administrative duties to contribute to team success.

Stipend and Perks
