Humanity Founders invites applications for a Recruitment Internship, offering an immersive experience in supporting the full recruitment cycle across diverse roles. As part of the core team and reporting to the founder, you will assist in sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment funnel, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate relations to ensure a seamless hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential applicants through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, job boards, and relevant communities.
- Evaluate candidate applications and profiles to match role requirements, assessing skills and suitability.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to gauge background, skills, communication, and motivations.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and internal team members.
- Keep recruitment data up to date using tools like spreadsheets and Notion, tracking candidates, feedback, and hiring status.
- Communicate consistently with candidates during all hiring stages including coordination, follow-ups, assignments, and updates.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and team to refine hiring processes and build a robust talent pipeline for existing and future openings.
