Seeking a motivated intern skilled in React Native to create a minimum viable product (MVP) for a bilingual Japanese learning mobile application targeted at Android and iOS platforms. This role involves working remotely with part-time hours across a one-month timeline to deliver a fully functional app leveraging mostly static and local data sets.
Key Duties
- Develop the mobile application using React Native, with a preference for Expo framework usage
- Design and implement a polished, responsive user interface aligned with given design prototypes
- Incorporate interactive features such as quizzes, flashcards, search functionality, favorites, and progress tracking
- Manage integration of local JSON files and image resources efficiently within the app
- Enable in-app purchases and payment processing to unlock premium content
- Perform thorough debugging and enhance application performance
- Successfully publish the app on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store platforms
Candidate Criteria
- Availability for remote engagement lasting exactly one month
- Ability to commence work immediately within the specified window of August to September 2026
