Packaging Internship at Soulflower

About the Internship

Join Soulflower as a Packaging intern, supporting the selection and development of various packaging components including bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, caps, cartons, labels, and pouches for new products. You'll coordinate with vendors on samples, prototypes, specifications, and testing schedules. Assist in validating packaging through drop, leakage, compression, closure/torque, pump/spray, label adhesion, carton strength, compatibility, and barcode tests. You'll document results, observations, photos, and corrective steps taken.

Investigate and help resolve packaging challenges such as leakage, breakage, label lifting, and failures of components. Engage with packaging vendors to obtain quotations, MOQs, lead times, mould charges, and production details, and prepare comparative analyses. Support packaging costing, manage purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries. Coordinate artwork, dielines, proofs, and master samples while verifying product information, barcode accuracy, MRP, and print details.

Maintain detailed records including packaging specifications, samples, vendor databases, quotation comparisons, test reports, artwork approvals, NPD trackers, and purchase orders. Collaborate closely with teams across NPD, Marketing, Design, Quality, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse to ensure timely workflow and highlight any delays or risks.

• Location: Marol, Andheri, Mumbai
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week
• Successful interns may receive a job offer with annual compensation between ₹360,000 and ₹420,000
