Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various recruitment activities including resume screening, interviewing candidates, and liaising with hiring authorities.
- Design and roll out training programs aimed at onboarding new staff and enhancing their skill sets.
- Partner with departmental leaders to pinpoint training necessities and tailor programs accordingly.
- Lead training workshops on customer service, sales strategies, and leadership skills.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training via evaluations and participant feedback.
- Support the development of educational materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Contribute to overall HR duties encompassing performance management, employee engagement, and compliance adherence.

Compensation Details
- A monthly stipend between ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 delivered as a fixed monthly wage of ₹12,000–₹17,000 along with incentive pay ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹3,000.
