Position Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Workday Adaptive Planning Developer with 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience. This position is open to candidates located anywhere across India and requires full-time onsite work.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support development activities.
• Providing analytical insights and resolving complex problems related to adaptive planning.
• Offering transactional support within the Workday environment.
• Designing and managing global Time & Attendance processes.
• Effectively communicating and managing queries from various stakeholders.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 2 and 4 years of relevant hands-on experience, specifically with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Demonstrate solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analytical and reporting purposes.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability with a focus on problem-solving within adaptive planning contexts.
