About the Role
Join Deloitte's Human Capital service line in Singapore as a Manager within the Workforce Transformation practice. You will collaborate with senior leaders across a variety of industries to design and execute AI-enabled workforce transformation programs, reimagining operating models, workforce strategies, and talent capabilities to adapt to the changing future of work influenced by AI innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI readiness evaluations and workforce impact analyses to develop adoption roadmaps for organisations.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for ethical and responsible AI applications across business and operating models.
- Develop AI-driven role, skills, and capability frameworks that support organisational transformation.
- Design future-state operating models, governance structures, and organisational blueprints aligned with strategic priorities.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable transformation plans and facilitate leadership alignment to support change-driven decisions.
- Craft skills-based workforce strategies including career pathways, internal mobility frameworks, and talent marketplace solutions.
- Support enterprise AI fluency by developing learning programs and capability academies.
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering comprehensive client outcomes throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Create program materials such as workshop content, communications, and leadership documentation.
- Coordinate with ecosystem partners and cross-regional teams as needed to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the development of Workforce Transformation methodologies, AI delivery toolkits, and thought leadership assets.
- Mentor junior team members fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a good university degree or MBA.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or related industry roles focused on transformation of operating models, workforce strategy, organisation design, or AI-enhanced initiatives.
- Proven interpersonal skills and capability to thrive in multicultural environments.
- Experience working within Southeast Asia or global markets is beneficial.
- Strong analytical acumen combined with excellent oral and written communication abilities in English.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and tenacity to deliver client-focused results.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about influencing the future workplace.
