Role Opportunity

We seek a Territory Manager to oversee On-The-Go (Route) and Grocery customers within Beachlands, East Auckland, and neighboring fringe areas. Collaborating with the Area Sales Manager, you will support and manage customer relationships in your specific territory, playing a critical role in retail and FMCG sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage closely with customers to understand their needs and help drive mutual business growth through hands-on field activity (Gemba focus).
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support new product development growth and assist in acquiring new customers.
• Analyze sales data to inform decisions that promote customer and company success.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the capability to operate independently in the field. Managing multiple priorities under pressure and maintaining a professional, approachable demeanor are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for working with prestigious brands and people will set you apart. A full driver’s license is required, as the role includes travel using a company-provided vehicle.
