Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Coordinator based in Chembur, Mumbai, to assist in managing client service requests and technician assignments.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client service requests and coordinate accordingly.
- Assign and schedule technicians for various service visits.
- Communicate detailed job information and expectations to technicians.
- Inform clients about technician schedules and progress updates.
- Follow up on service calls, both pending and completed.
- Organize spare parts and additional service necessities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of services conducted.
- Report unresolved service issues to the Service Manager.
- Ensure customers are satisfied and that jobs are closed promptly.
