Role Overview

We invite experienced DevOps professionals to join our innovative R&D teams as Senior DevOps Engineers. This position is integral to developing and maintaining the infrastructure underpinning our products, utilizing a broad suite of cutting-edge technologies. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement requiring at least two days per week at our London office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and automate systems and services primarily in Azure and secondarily in AWS environments.
• Collaborate effectively within agile, specialized teams, working independently or contributing new ideas to propel projects forward.
• Prioritize tasks to align with overall organizational objectives, balancing urgent issues with long-term development goals.

Experience and Skills Required

• Hands-on expertise with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, including supporting tools like ArgoCD and Helm.
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, and the ELK stack.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure, with additional knowledge of AWS, GCP, or other cloud services.
• Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, high-load systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Node.js, Go) for automation purposes.
• Solid Linux administration skills along with a strong grasp of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
