Role Details

As a Panel Technician, you will oversee the repair of both structural and non-structural vehicle damage, ensuring each vehicle is restored to a secure and superior standard. Your contribution is essential in preparing vehicles for painting, refitting, and final delivery stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing and reshaping damaged vehicle panels using established panel beating methods.
• Removing, replacing, and aligning body panels as required.
• Adhering to manufacturer repair standards and techniques to maintain safety and quality.
• Collaborating effectively with Paint, MET, and production teams to maintain smooth repair workflows.
• Ensuring the working environment is clean, safe, and meets professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

We value realistic expectations and practical expertise. Ideal candidates possess hands-on experience as Panel Technicians or Panel Beaters, demonstrating pride in quality workmanship.

• Previous experience in automotive or accident repair settings performing panel beating tasks.
• Proficient handling of vehicle panels, structures, and repair operations.
• A strong safety-oriented mindset combined with dedication to craftsmanship quality.
